Product License

All products provided by ProByte Studio are licensed for use. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property rights to the customer.

License Scope

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

• Each purchase grants the customer a license to use the product on one server only.
• The same license may not be used on multiple servers at the same time.
• The license may not be transferred or shared with another person without official approval from ProByte Studio.
• Using the product on an additional server may require purchasing an additional license.

Product Modifications

Customers may modify or configure the product to suit the needs of their own server unless otherwise stated in the product description or license terms.

However, the product or any modifications made to it may not be used for:

• Reselling the product.
• Redistributing the product or its files.
• Publishing or sharing the product with unauthorized third parties.
• Creating a modified or copied version of the product for resale, sharing, or redistribution.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the products and their associated content remain the property of ProByte Studio.

Purchasing a product grants the customer only the right to use it under the applicable license and does not grant ownership of the code, design, original files, or any resale or redistribution rights.
